[Fort Myers/FL] West Coast Pavers, Inc. is looking for a Construction Supervisor to oversee installation of interlocking brick pavers, encompassing various applications such as brick driveway installations, walkways, patios, as well as lanais, pool decks and coping. A successful candidate will directly supervise and coordinate activities of construction or extraction workers.
Job duties include: Schedule & dispatch workers, work crews, equip, or service vehicles for conveyance of materials, freight, or passengers, or for normal installation, service, or emergency repairs rendered outside the place of biz. Duties may include using radio, phone, or comp to transmit assignments & compiling statistics & reports on work progress. Reqs: bilingual in Portuguese & English; instructing others; interpersonal skills; excellent organization skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office; good judgment skills & the ability to make decisions quickly; & attn to detail.
